One more thing, I had to cut the buffer tube off to get the Striped screw out, Will a DBoys buffer tube fit the G&G or will it need a Different one.
Thanks |

The dust cover is just a regular dust cover. There's a little e-clip that snaps onto the dust cover rod. Take that clip off and then you might be able to wiggle the rod out. If you can't (because the forward assist knob is blocking it too much)...you're supposed to take the front end off (or at least the fore-grips and delta ring) and slip it out forward. You might have to take the front sight and gas tube out as well to get the Delta ring off...can't remember.
If I recall correctly, go easy on the plastic nub on the dust cover that catches the top inside of the ejection port. It's overly long and can snap off. Best of luck, Tys |

If you have a removable handguard (M4A1 or RIS), just remove the two halves, then press in the delta ring and turn it until it can be removed (notches aligned). Might not work for some rings that are "spiky" (like the RS ones). In that case you have to unscrew the spiky part.
Just pull on the hinge pin after that had the cover will go out. |

Turn the gun upside down and see if gravity feeds it alright.

G&G ARs have the spring installed the OTHER way around. To keep the door closed, just like on real rifles. There is just no pin/clip/notch on the stock one. |
