Looking for S.I.R. Forend for JG / HK Retailers?

OK guys, I've been going a little insane over the look of a sexy M4A1 with a SIR forend. So, I want to buy one for my Jing Gong M4.
(And YES I know JG makes an S-System M4...) Here's a picture to show exactly what I'm talking about, I'm not exactly sure if it's specifically called RIS, RAS, or SIR...



So, I've been doing some research, and I think the best choice for me to go with is the DBoys SIR. It seems cheap enough, and from what I can see it will fit.
The only problem is, I'm very short on cash, and do not want to spend much. My price range is no more than $60, with shipping. I know I sound cheap, but I don't want to spend $150 for a piece of plastic/metal!
So, I've seen a few retailers that sell this, including Capital Airsoft, WGC, KHMountain, and EbairSoft.

So, being as desperate as I am I think I may want to go with some international retailers. Now, don't get me wrong, I would absolutely order from Capital, but like I said I don't want to spend $80+...

I think the best one may be KHMountain. The base price is $28.99 USD, with only $16.00 USD shipping with Air Mail. Is this International shipping? Seems too low.
I've seen some reviews on this retailer and from what I've seen they're OK. Any other opinions?

EbairSoft has it as well, but is $47.30 USD. It won't even let me add it to the cart... problem? I don't think this will be very good. However, it does say free shipping. Does this just mean free locally, or internationally?

And the last one I want to ask about is WGC. They sell it for $30.50 USD, and I think I would go with UPS shipping ($26.11). However, they're out of stock, and from what I've read that's probably not good. Does anyone have any other problems with them?

So, from these three, what would be the best choice? Does anyone know any other sites that will sell this product for about the same price? I've been looking all over the web for a few days now, and I don't really see any other ones.
So, what would you guys do?

I am dealing with khmountain right now and I advise you to stay away as their customer service and shipping suck. I heard EbairSoft is pretty much the same in those aspect as well.

Try to contact Airsoftpark.com. They've replied my emails daily and sometimes can get you items not on their website.

Really? Do you just ask? The only problem with that is that is if they can hook me up, it might turn out to be another $60 like other websites... Then of course I'd feel guilty...

Yes you just ask lol, and see what he tells you. He couldn't get me the CASV (similar to SIR) so I went with khmountain...

Another alternative is rsov.com, they seem to have it in stock, not sure about shipping though.

Oh! Apparently I've already looked around that site, I guess I missed it. I'm at the point where I can't remember any of the sites I've seen :P.
I'll check it out, and keep looking in the meantime.

Of course going with Jeff at Capital Airsoft is simple and faster as well as gives you a guaranteed customer service. Also, you won't have the variable delays that our *wonderful* customs services might, or might not, throw at you.

If you still want to order from HK:
-Stay away from KHMountain
-EBairsoft have a sometimes slow customer service, but all problems I had (out of about 12 orders) were dealt with in a good manner (2 out of 3, they just shipped me a replacement for free). Their shipping is included in that price: what you see is what you pay, nothing more.
-Gunner Airsoft does not ship to Canada
-RSOV isn't bad, customer services has been (for me) very changing... more often relatively fast and good, but sometimes shitty and freaking slow.
-Airsoftpark also have shipping included in their price (minus a 8% rebate 'till the end of the month) and out of 3 orders with them, everything went perfectly good.
