Need help choosing

So im trying to chose rail covers, and mag grips for a we scar but i cant seem to decide.

With a multi-cam kit is it smart to use OD mag grips or tan?



and should i do OD rail covers or tan?

mag grips? you mean magpuls? Their not grips lol

for multicam, it can work quite well both ways. I usually go for Tan/CB myself, but OD will work too.

For Rail covers, definitely choose Tan. Tan will enhance the look of your rifle regardless of it being black or tan(SCAR, right?).

a scar yes. CB is just a different shade of tan right?

Im wondering if Magpul Rangers will work on GBB mags? Or those things that stop the mag from falling hard (little rubber pads on bottom of mag).

I don't have experience with Magpul Rangers, someone else can fill in on that.

CB is a different shade yes. I like it better because it's a little more natural in the colouring.

Here you go, FDE rail covers and Magpuls. MC Vickers sling. Magpul from Dave's Tactial and sling from One Shot Tactial.

I've heard that the Magpul ranger plates are only for geardos and that the "real SF operators" use good old fashion guntape and paracord. However at the same time I also read something about the paracord and guntape being bad just in case you need to take apart the magazine or something it's not as removable as the magpul things.

As for the covers, I'd go with tan just because it would accent the rifle very nicely IMO whether it's black or tan.

As for camo and gear, single coloured gear is the most versatile. OD goes with pretty much any green based camo and Tan or CB (darker shade of tan from what I can tell) goes with any tan based camo.

Here is my scar with some left over M4 parts I threw on, lol. Tan x-rails and magpuls and ranger plates in black.

ranger plates will cover the fill valve on the wetti. As far as rail covers are concerned i'd go with tan. OD looks a bit odd on black but tan will give it contrast that is striking.
