MGAPUL UBR Stock and battery fitments?

who has teh magpul ubr? I am looking to install a battery etc in mine once I get it.

right now I have a trigger master, will be getting a new lipo that will fir this stock. Has anyone used that storage compartment for a battery? or how much space does the buffer tube offer?

having a hard time finding space specs on this stock.

I have both the RS UBR & the clone version...
are you looking at installing it on an AEG body? Rear wired?

Unless you're able to machine out a proper slot... you're just going to pinch your wires and cause a short...

I've got a UBR and the battery compartment would fit a trigger master.. but not much else.

I'm having to do extensive mods to get it to fit my PTW. I'm having to shorten the circuit board and machine the UBR stock tube to fit my Lipo batteries...but it will be well worth it in the in end! Good luck with your build and be sure to post some pics!

I would not recommend using the storage compartment for housing anything electrical...try and keep it in the stock tube!

It's worth it, the stock tube it relatively simple, chop the end off and your done, it's the electrical you have to be extremely careful with.

The CASV would probably be one of your best choices just because you can fit pretty much anything in there, depending on barrel that is.

How did you modify your UBR to fit your PTW? Any pics?

UBR on PTW, its been done already, looks and feels sexy.

Everything is done for you those days. Buy a micro power board (redwolf sells them) for PTW. Install it.

Install the UBR stock tube (i beleive you have to modify it sligthy to fit).

Install your new UBR.

Fit your micro lipo (redwolf sell those also i beleive).

Problem1: To be able to charge your lipo you need to dissemble part of the UBR. Its nothing extreme, but still a bit annoying.
Problem2: Fuck ass expensive to do.

Once you own a PTW it makes all other AEG's just seem like toys...it's a whole different gun!
