Army R85A1 Accessories
Is it possible to fit an ACOG scope and/or a silencer onto this weapon? (The Army R85A1)
I'm almost sure that an ACOG will fit, but I've never seen a silencer on a real life L85 or any of its airsoft replicas. |

I'm more than sure it has threads on the barrel end. I'm just not sure whether its clockwise or Counter Clockwise.
As for the scope? I've seen people mount Acogs on it before but I'm not sure whether the SUSAT mounts are 20mm or compatable without modification ________ Ship Sale Last edited by Strelok; April 11th, 2011 at 12:45.. |

Ya, I don't wanna file anything down or risk damaging the weapon :P
So ACOG is the way to go for me. Also does anyone have pictures of L85's with silencers? |

Not to jack this thread but when considering CW or CCW, I'm guessing thats for attaching?

Yes, counter clockwise and clockwise are the direction in which the muzzle is threaded. You need a CCW threaded muzzle in order to mount a CCW threaded suppressor.
