warmachine is finalized

gents,

my second suit has just left for delivery to a friend of mine.

He basically saw mine and wanted also something like mine but with a bit more robotic style.

Suit includeds fan cooling system in the flak jacket (hidden in the front three chest pouches).

real knee brace system.

real kinetic impact armor from hockey and moto X equipment.

and the hell of a long paint job. several in between fine grinded layers of differnet paint condition ( metal faded and then cleared and then camoflaged and then smoked.

tactical gear was sponsered by giving me excellent prices < from my dear friend and owner of the Armyshop in Sherbrooke. ( Quarter master)

The photos dont do justice, but my buddy is no small fart, but with the suit it makes him a mountain.

We just had our first airsoft game together - the maiden run for warmachine - the only correction is that we exchange the poly linses with a steel screen.
with all the sweat and heat underneath the mask, were the glasses just fogging up like hell.

thats done - final delivery is tomorrow. I am glad that one is done - took a long time

Looks great though I dont understand why people keep using screens instead of lenses... Countless threads have been written showing how bad they are for letting shattered BB's threw. Still nice suit.

Well in his case its O.K. I have fitted the inside of the mask that way so his optical specticals can fit in it.

I also built another mask with screens and thick poly lenses on top of it - to suit for paint ball and airsoft as the owner wishes.

lenses were drilled and two long scews with spacers were build through the screen edges to hold the lense tight in place . The nice thing and a actually unwanted positive side effect was, that the more you increase the distance, then less easy they fog up.

and once they are fogged up, just inhaling strong, made them clear again.

Worked like a charme.!!!!
