Looking to make the most powerful KSC G26, HELP.....

hey, new here, but been around for a bit. just wanted to post up my past, present, and newly purchased pistols. I am open to feedback, and your thoughts. also, I have a few questions as well.

so, for starters, I got in the game with a G23F from KWA, added a hurrican HFV, and some new springs, new metal slide, and a few other goodies.....

here was my intro to pistols.........

then, I decided it was time for some real steel, so I stepped up to a G27 .40 cal S/W. talk about a HAND CANNON!!! and an easy weapon to conceal.....

the only addition I did to it was add the pinky "butts" to the mags, other than that, it was a hell of a carry weapon, and an absolute cannon!!! BUT, I decided, with having a child in the house, my gun safe was not safe enough, so I sold it last week. but it was a HELL of a piece, and I will have another some day (once my kid is older)

so, after selling the real steel, I decided I needed a decent plinker. SOOOOO, I wanted something of similar size and weight of the G27, and I came across this little beauty......

so, I had to order it!!!

it is currently in the air, coming over the ocean from hong kong. should be here in 2-3 days, and I cant wait.

now, my question is, how can our combined experience on this site make this the most powerful piece around? it comes with some nice mods, but what else can I get to make this thing REALLY strong? The goal (although unrealistic) is 400 FPS.

having said that, what do you guys think of the piece itself, and what else can I do to make her more powerful, and where can i get the parts you will suggest?

links would be great, since i am having a hard time really finding stuff, and i assure you have been google'ing like every30 seconds for stuff.

I am open to any and all feedback/suggestions and appreciate every bit of help you can offer.

If I'm not mistaken, PA is the abbreviation for Pennsylvania, which means you're one of our friendly neighbours from the south... Well, normally I'd suggest buying from airsoftparts.ca, but seeing as you're from the States, I'm sure you could find a site with a wider variety of parts. If not, try that site, might be you'll find what you're looking for. Also, keep in consideration that the higher you boost the velocity of the weapon, the more strain it will place on the platform itself. If you're planning on upgrading a pistol to that extent, then I would seriously suggest you take the time to upgrade the majority of the parts in the pistol, for durability's sake.

other than hi-flow valves and TOP gas (or red gas, w.e its called), i cant imagine any aftermarket, drop in parts getting you up to 400fps. everything well would have to be custom work. i say use TOP instead of propane (green gas) as it does pump out a little more juice.

A good trick to have consistent fps, and boost it a little, is to Teflon tape the seals between the hop up unit and barrel. Also, I don't know much about KSC, but an upgraded hop rubber would ensure better flow of gas down the barrel.

i dont think that is correct. upgrade rubber will provide better accuracy. nothing more.

long tightbore extended into silencer, highflow valves, high quality light metal slide (Shooter's design or equivilent), upgraded piston head / powercup thingy

I'm not the best at GBB's.... there's plenty of other people around here that would be able to suggest better things than I would.

wow, this is my kinda forum!! i love fast replies, slow forums suck!! lol.

so, this teflon tape "mod", where the inner barrel hits the hop up adjustment, i will certainly look into that.

as for the long barrel and silencer, i would like to avoid that due to ugliness, and the inability to put it in my pocket (i know, sounds dum, but it is just my preference to leave a silencer out of the equation)

so, based on this list of "mods" from UNCOMPANY, what else can i get?

i would really like to make this thing fire FAST (FPS) and i am sure someone has found a way to make it really strong, but all my searching for upgrades for a G26 brings up other guns (TM, WA, etc.)

i did find ONE thing that should help, a 6.01mm inner barrel. it is my understanding that should supply a few FPS bump, and combined with the stronger springs/high flow valve, etc, i should have a decent setup.

is this worth the money in your opinions? also, someone told me the following.....

"weaker valve springs, stronger striker springs and stronger/upgraded striker. order an EdGI 6.00 barrel. Use Green gas, New Piston head."

i like the thinking behind this, but have NO CLUE where to find said parts, so any help there would also be appreciated.

They're fairly common in HK retailers, dunno about American retailers. A couple brands off the top of my head are Firefly and KM.
