Bringing in a Trijicon or EOTech
Is it illegal to ship a Trijicon or EOTech to Canada from other countries but US?

No. It's not illegal to ship it from the U.S. either. They are export restricted, but can be exported with the proper permits. Sadly, those are very expensive, hence the reason people try to smuggle them out of the U.S.
Our legal system couldn't give a crap about that, but the Americans can flag you for it and deny your entry to the U.S., or you may face prosecution there if you are caught.
