Thumbs up 007 Customer Service

I'd like to relay a recent experience with 007 Airsoft (Ken Cheung's site).

I recently bought a G&G "R4 Commando", thier RAS/ Crane stock M4, and noticed the rear trigger guard area on the clear lower was cracked around the split pin holding it place. So I brought this to Ken's attention and, not having an appropriate lower available to send me, he strips down an M4 to give me a new "perfect" clear lower... Wow!
I've only had a few dealings with Ken and I have nothing but praise for him, his business and his customer service.
If you've been wondering if you should deal with 007 or not... DO!

Plus his clear lowers have silk screened canadian markings on the M4/m16 series.

Thanks, Ken, for all you've done!

Marc.

I've heard of that happening to multiple G&G M4's with clear recievers.

their website doesn't say whether a product is instock or not. What do i do? Should i send an email asking for availability first or just order and see what they say? Also, do I pay them after they respond to my order email or what?

Let's just thank him for he's contributions to the airsoft community in Canada. Ok!

All of the internals are the same with the metal counterparts and will still give you the same kills at a cheaper price!

If you could call that clear... more like frosted/smoked. In any case I'm excited the g27 looks like a very good backup of a backup due to it's small size, and It really doesn't matter if they aren't durable cause just look at the price.

I recently ordered two M92f's from Ken. Communication was fast and he shipped them overnight as requested. Other than a goof up on Purolators part, this sale couldn't have gone any smoother.

I should have a review of some of his new gbb's up soon.

And they're a clear smoked lower. on the m92 it's hard to tell it's plastic. even the weight doesn't feel plastic.

I'm definitely waiting for the review of the M92f!
