the issue had been discussed several times and most of them end up in the trash

Not that I planned on buying from them, but a good heads-up nonetheless

not too sure how these guns get through customs but its up to you guys
why would you bring up something we all know, you yourself went on a rant last time someone posted up about his site. hypocrit much?

isn't any importation and sale of non clear guns technically skirting the rules?

let's not do the CBSA's job for them.

IF the guns are in-country what's the issue? someone else took the risk.

We're not talking about Zazoom, we're talking about SL, who says his stuff is in country.

Devil's advocate maybe but how about we actually FIND OUT y'know FACTS before boarding the flame train to whiny-bastardville.

Well true he got the guns in (or not) but people here want to inquire about the guns and with a quick detective work I found out most of those gearboxes are plastic on the AKs and most of the JG MP5s hopper chambers are prone to breaking since I assume he has ordered from the same US retailer.

I got this info from searching Vertex as well talking to people who ordered from there.

The only thing worth getting was the CM028 but they are all gone so hence only the CM 0506 is left

I just want to give people heads up, so Duilin and Coltfarmer am I not right to help?

Though I admit it was a bit too hasty but to give someone the tip off is good enough before finding you own a $350 plastic gearbox. Anyway obviously I am not going to do CBSA's job but what I will do is my help to giving tip offs for potential hazards.

Someones got to do it

It comes down to research, if people want to drop $350 on a crappy gun, they can.

Dropshipping is another matter, but he claims its in country, if it is: He'll post pictures.

I think you're jumping the gun a bit, which is not helping. Your detective skill is probably not as good as you think, if you can only assume and not substantiate. Throwing out serious accusations before the seller has even had a chance to respond proves nothing.

I've actually spoken to Stan about his guns. According to him, they're later Cyma versions, fully metal and wood. He had a similar example to show me, and it was a great gun.

If the seller can prove that his items are in country then there is no issue. If you have a personal issue with it, take it up with the seller. Dont like it? Dont buy. Plain and simple. You may think you are helping but as it stands people will continue to spend their money on what they want. Regardless if others consider the transaction to be risky or not.

I am not telling people not to buy it, I am telling people whats in it, people asked on the SL's thread to state what model, and by just going to the US retailer site you can tell which model it is

Just making the search faster for you

I see where this is going into the flame station but I accomplished what I set out to do, get someone who is a vet like ColtFarmer on the forum to be aware of the situation, you even asked for him to post pictures to see the truth for yourself.

So if anything this can go into the trash but as long as ColtFarmer an age verifier knows, everything is in good hands now.

Bye now and let this thread die

I asked the question as a buyer and seller, not a Mini-Mod troll, i have a brain, I like to use it before I buy. caveat emptor.

P.S. think before you post a thread again, seriously, this is wearing thin.
