Can I trust ehobby Asia BDUs?
I was looking at some ehobby sets and they are pretty good for the price, has anybody bought them before?
IE: this Flecktarn is cheap but looks a little too bright or green. Just lighting/camera? It says 1991 issue. http://cgi.ebay.com/German-Army-Flec...QQcmdZViewItem |

their Bdu's are not that good, it feels like a canvas and the sizing is way off . i bought an XL marpat but it will only fit a large or medium
get the real stuff or better replica

their sizing are based on Asian body standards, the XL there will probably be a Large or Medium here. It's very different.
and if you think it's too bright, just wash it a few times with detergents and the colour should fade a bit. Last edited by Skladfin; July 8th, 2008 at 20:56.. |

I'll agree the sizing was off on the two pair I bought a few months ago, but the quality was good. No rips or tears yet, and it's been 3 or 4 months. Good for starting out, especially at the price.

im not to sure about their BDU's but you can definatly trust em for fast shipping and great prices. I've bought over 15 items from them and have never had a problem with any of it.

You can trust their "fast" shipping only half the time, and their service is sub par. However, I have never had any problems with the goods.

anywhere from 1 week to a month.
+1 on the small sizing from e-hobby. Their sizing is off by the usual asian size offset. An XL is a large and they are regular length usually. |

item was shipped within 24h then it arrive in canada 48h after placing the order, and it was on customs for 10 days.
expect it to be between 10-15 days

Just got my last order - 4 days from HK to my door.
As far as the BDU's go, I've purchased a couple of sets and they aren't too bad, especially for the price. I'm 6'6" & 230lbs and all the XL's I've ordered fit me fine. The material can be fairly stiff (my Marpat is) but the flectarn was ok. Colors are fine, stitching is decent. The 1991 designation refers to the style/cut of the bdu as in it's made after the 1991 issue. It's not actual issue though.

No you can't trust them and 20$ before shipping is a ripoff for flecktarn
Issue stuff is cheap and all over the place, and new BDU's can be found at flecktarn.co.uk |

Flecktarn.co.uk seems a bit more expensive and ships from Europe, I don't need new, old is even better. |

i recently purchased a "L" multicam BDU with ehobby through ebay. It took 9 days to arrive to BC. The set fit perfectly to my size which is 5'9 185lbs. Good price too. Material wasnt good as the crye replica but works, feel, and looks just fine.
