Question glasses vs. goggles?

I can't decide whether I should buy:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=170194673521

vs.

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=110225317715

vs.

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=110226957047

vs.

http://cgi.ebay.com/USMC-MEU-Special...742.m153.l1262

Basically its 3 different goggles and one pair of glasses. Can someone advise me, what works best?

I think the 2nd link and the 3rd link has more angle of vision than the 4th link. But of course the glasses beats all of it in that section.

But Glasses aren't so secure as the goggles =\

And some field don't accept it.

No on the first pair glasses.

The second ones have a striking resemblance to my bolle t800s, which work very well.

No comment on the other two.

You're from vancouver, do the local fields here accept glasses? I really like the look of them...but they probably aren't as secure.

I like the 4th one (from ehobby) too....i'll probably get that or the x800's.

BCAC games at Burma accepts Glasses and these goggles.

But most games we play are at Panther Paintball, which requires PAINTBALL approved goggles as first and foremost rules. So buying these won't do any good really.

Just because some people follow the rule of mercy with in a 10 foot engagement range doesnt mean everyone does. Ive been the delightful recieving end of some assholes full auto burst from 6 feet away. I was peppered from jaw line by my right ear lobe across my lips and chin, and a few even hit my in the teeth, but no real damage happened to them.

Its definately recommended that one wear full face protection in CQB just because sometimes close enagement senarios can happen where not everyone yeilds to mercy calls, and theres always blind fire, delicious delicious blind fire.

The problem I see with glasses is that you can't try them on before you buy. With glasses, i don't think its possible to have a one-size-fits-all...or?

If your considering any form of ballistics glasses I recommend anything by wiley x under their tactical line, the costs are somewhat high but their nothing but the greatest quality.

http://www.wileyx.com/EcommSuite/Pro...G1&ItemCode=71

just as an example of something they make thats a little more low profile.

If your asian though, I recommend skipping anything glasses based since the majority of asians have a lower set nasal bridge and cheeks glasses dont always sit good. For me its a terrible curse when it comes to sunglasses, theres maybe 2 styles of oakley out there that I can wear, unfortunetly the few companies out there that do make nice fitting sunlasses are versace, prada and burberry. I have a scarf from burberry that cost me 140 GBP, so you can only wonder how much a pair of sunglasses cost from them.

If anything I recommend a nice set of JT paintball goggles with mask, so you can deattach the mask when your outdoors, and reattach the mask for indoor games. Also you can spray paint the mask and goggles to whatever color of your liking if you cannot find the color you wish initially. Atleast that way you wont ever have to worry about if your goggles are good enough to use at some fields.
