Why do they call 'em "Black Rifles"?

Just finished building this guy, painted it this afternoon. Inside, it's bone stock. Outside, VLTOR CASV front end, MODSTOCK, ergo grip, folding front sight / gasblock, Tri-rail with a surefire and cheap-o laser.

Still gotta wire it backwards, since at the moment I have no batteries to fit in the CASV.

LOL yeah, you caught that, eh? Doesn't fit behind the CASV, and I just threw it on HK style for the pic. I'll be throwing on the ARMS#40 tomorrow. On that note, I'll have to find a lower mount for the aimpoint since you can't cowitness with the extra height.

Looks like you should be able to get a lower 1/3rd co-witness with that set-up.

New design. I swear this rifle is about 5 millimeters wider with all the paint LOL
