And this one photoshop cut is in the showcase why? No offence, although its nicely mixed, I dont think this is worthy of the showcase. The media perhaps, or just the gun section. Once you build it, post it here

Cheers!

you can see the line where the SL9 and the 36K meet.

It'd look better with a 36c or 36e uppper reciver... that huge honking carry handle is so out of place on the design. I do like the SL9 style stock with a full-size assault rifle-style look just something with a smaller carry handle would look better.

I'll have to take a photo of the gun we just built in the shop.... SL9 with K barrel, C flash hider and C foregrip. It's hideous but I really like it.

I don't think it looks all that bad. I do agree with Talraga about the K carry handle; I think it makes it look a bit uneven, but I think putting a G36C carry handle on it would just make it look more like an SL9 which to me seems like it would defeat the purpose of your splice. I think it's an interesting idea though.

How about an XM-8 style upper reciver? the carry handle isn't as big and bulky as the 36k and it would certainly have that high-tech look. Not sure how well the two would blend, though.

I find the AUG to be beautiful for the exception of lack of rails and thermold magazines. Aside from that its nice. An A3 with a AR magazine housing wins. The famas SV or G1 isnt bad either, but they suck as airsoft guns. The l85a1 is expensive. some of the AK bullpups are nice though.

close, has a K front and dual optics carrying handle, as well as a harris bipod, and now flash hider. Since your using photoshop, my suggestion is to remove some of the stock expansion plates so the stock doesnt overwhealm the whole gun.
