There is no stock model of a C7 or C8 (there are guns that come close, however), you will have to assemble one from parts, to some degree.

Might have to get your dad involved on that one.

Believe me man, wait till your 18. I was going to get my brother to do the same, and I say I'm "pretty mature" but I run around in black masks filming me and my friends as Splinter Cells. Doesnt spell out i-m-m-a-t-u-r-e, but it's damn close.

Airsoft's not for younger people(me included) so just have some patience, and buy some gear(camoflauge and maybe a tactical vest or make your own rig) and train with that stuff. That's what I'm doing.

Getting your big brother to help you to circumvent the rules of this community and not being patient enough to wait until you turn 18 make me doubt your maturity.

ps im also curious how a 14 year old kid will ever have enough money to buy at the cheapest a 500 dollar aeg 250 - 300 dollar c7 of c8 body 200-300 dollars for a new front end and a new stock? please enlighten me

Besides, bypassing the rules by not waiting till 18 will keep you off the fields that everyone plays on, anyways. Enjoy!

The nutshell of the law; must be 18 to buy. Must be 18 to own. Cant use it unless the legal owner is present. Cant play most anywhere until you are 18.
Playing anyway on un-authorized land can (and will) get you in very deep shit. Playing with something you cant legally own (unsupervised) is not smart or mature.

Read some more of this website, all that is already written down.

Following laws shows maturity. Legal Responsibility for yourself starts at 18 in this country.

Greylocks, you should be a bit more careful about calling something a law when it's really more of a community initiative. There are laws about the purchase and sale of airsoft, but not necessarily about ownership and where you can play.

Suffice it to say there are serious restrictions on owning and using your airsoft before you are 18, and you cannot legally purchase any guns before you're 18, period.

If your brother is willing to buy a gun for you, it may work out. However, there are SERIOUS consequences to the misuse of airsoft, and your brother would be well advised to understand what he's getting into by handing you an airsoft gun.

well it says your 14 i think the youngest people will let you play is 16. so you do have a couple years at the minimum. now get your parents envolved because you will need to get them to come to feild to at minimum sign a waiver, or play with you. also if you would like to own your own gun befor being 18 it is best to get your mom or dad to buy it for you, they should keep it in their posesion entill you are going to play a game. bye getting them involved now you have 2 years to get them interested in airsoft and convince them that it is not just a silly little fad that you are going thorough, that you are infact serious about it and its not just a waste of money. now also keep in mind if they wont allow you to play then you have to wait till you are 18 because as your brother can infact buy you a gun he cannot sign the waiver at the feild for you.
