Opinions on what to do with my Shotgun?

Took a coupe of pictures of my Maruzen CA870 saw'd off shotgun and wanted to know what you all think I should do with it.

Option 1. Leave it stock - I actually like the feel of this springer and have been reluctant to do too much to it.

Option 2. Keep the shotty as is but change the grip (Law enforcement version).

Option 3. You can always throw on a grip, go for the Masterkey setup you wanted in the first place (* M203 also on way).

go for the 2nd choice, nice and compact, could make a great back-up.

I've made some corrections but hoping links to gallery work.

For those that haven't seen a Masterkey before -->

I would definately go with the masterkey. For functionality and uniqueness.

Masterkey is unique, but unpractical, like airsoft M203.

So, second choice, LE grip as a CQB weapon or backup.

Theres only one option... Masterkey!

You can always throw the grip back on and have a shotgun again... but why waste time trying to get it in and out of your scabbord when you can switch between the two almost instantly!

I like the masterkey setup. Looks really threatning. Does anyone else notice that the guy looks a little like Willy Wonka or an Oompa Loompa?

masterkey all the way - i love those babies

you have double the firepower on point, and if your aeg ever fails you, you can still engage in like 2 seconds. it also has a faster rate of fire than a 203 that you would have to a) buy a couple shells for b)you would have to reload after every shot c) buy some more pouches (for a modular vest) or find a place on your rig for the extra 203 'nades - dont have to worry about all that with a masterkey setup

Actually, that's one of the flaws of the Masterkey setup on an Airsoft Armalite. The Armalites are notorious for barrel wobble so adding the shotgun makes the front end worse and is pretty heavy (although Maruzen probably only weighs 2lbs). The M4's SIR kit helps as the weight is distributed onto the body.

My M4's full metal so it's end up being a heavy beast, I wouldn't doubt it'll hit 12-14 lbs once the dual batteries, G&P redimag and Masterkey are added.

I would say masterkey is it held more purpose then just looking cool.

So in retrospect I'll say find a way to hang it from your hip (webbing or what have you) and go for option #2.
