Does anyone know the differences between the Tactical Bowman Headset II vs III series ? all I can tell is that the 3 can take a lighted mic ?

The Z-tac Elite II is a "normal" Bowman style headset (I think the difference between the original Cavalvy Elite and the Z-Tac Elite II was the replacement of the in-line PTT with a plug for use with a seperate PTT)
The Z-tac EVO III is a bit different from the Bowman (the earpiece is different, in round housing that protrudes a bit more) and most notably the mic boom is detachable/reversible, so it can be used left or right. EDIT: also the EVO III came with a weird headband that was kinda padded. I wear my headset under a helmet or boonie and the last thing I need is extra bulk, so I swapped it out for my old Cavalvy one. Or you could get a real one (they're about $20 on eBay, or you can find them on online surplus shops, prices vary).
