Atlantic Armory Server Problems

Some of you may have noticed that our site has been down on occasion during the past week. This was due to server problems that were out of our direct control. These problems have now been fixed and we hope not to have anymore "hiccups".

Unfortunately, due to these server problems, some of you who have outstanding orders may notice a delay in shipping. Please accept our deepest apologies for these delays as we value YOU, our customers. We are working night and day to ensure the best service possible under the circumstances.

Once again we apologize for the delay for your orders and look forward to seeing you all again soon. Thank you.

Atlantic Armory Sales Team

Ah yes, well thanks for the update. I was hoping to hear some good news in regards to my Tokyo Marui G36C which was ordered and paid for August 15th.
I'm hoping it was shipped without problem this time?

Yes it is also good to hear about my order. I waas in contact with Cory today and realized the problem. I don't mind the delay because the season is over, But still eould like to get the gun asap. I hope to see you next season and thank you in person for the help with my gun.

I was talking to Cory yesterday about both your guns. They are still on their way...but with a slight delay.

Lokes, I was talking to Cory today, your gun is in, and it was FedEXed to you tonight. Tou should receive sometime early next week. Email Cory at sales@atlanticarmory.com and he will send you a tracking number. Also man, you have to understand, Cory has to wait until his products come into the country before he can give you an exact ETA on when the guns will arrive, and it is not a speedy process. If you want to change that, then pursue a career with Canada Post, or a courier company, or just be paitient like everyone else and wait.

This sounds like classic episode of poor customer support/ service. Lying will get you nowhere. Ever hear of little thing known as business ethics? This sickens me.

You are probably thinking to yourself that this is none of my business. It is not only my business, but the canadian airsoft communitie's too.

A reputable airsoft company? Im sorry, not in my books. Go lie somewhere else please.

Have a good one.

Well I've finally had some brief contact with AA outside of the forum and it looked like things may be clearing up. Although I was promised a tracking number on Friday since it was supposed to have been shipped, I'm still waiting.
I have Monday off so I'm hoping the timeline holds true and it arrives according to FedEx' normal schedule.
