GBBP Loading Nozzle for 1911

I have a KJW COLT 1911

Looking to replace the stock RED loading nozzle with a Guarder Enhanced Loading Nozzle. (This will fit a TM 1911 so compatible with the KJW.. or so i've read)

I have also read that the air valve will have to be replaced as the stock KJW air valve isn't compatible with the Guarder nozzle. (The stock has a pin inserted from side to side while the Guarder nozzle looks to have a screw from the top)

Any recommendations on a valve for this specific loading nozzle?

KJ nozzle size and design are different with marui. you can buy the marui original part for fix it. May be you get a new KJ red nozzle is better.
This link you can find the marui original parts, may be helpful.

You'll need more than the valve and nozzle. You'll also need the valve blocker and the screw (replaces the pin), as well as a spring for the valve (I don't think the KJW one will work with Marui valves.)

On a second note, I've found the Guarder nozzles to be crap.

I have not seen many options locally for a 1911 Air Nozzle. Do you have any recommendations outside of the Guarder?

Also.. if i need to replace the entire air valve is there a 'replace all' kit or something? Wont the stock valve knocker work with an upgraded part?

The purpose of the nozzle replacement is the RED nozzle doesn't really support this nice Nine-Ball Piston head i have for it (which actually comes with a valve spring as well).. it locks up while shooting. I guess the o-ring is too large (comes with two rings but both have the same locking up effect)

Jeeze this is pretty difficult for something so simple.. it's no wonder i hate GBBP!!

Where are you located?

I carry both Shooters Design and Airsoft Surgeon, both of which I recommend.

There isn't really a "replace all kit", but I do have a kit here that fills the rest of the guts you'll need to complete the entire nozzle assembly.

As for valve knocker... yes... it will work with "upgraded parts", but what "upgraded parts" you're referring to exactly, I don't know. It's not relevant to the nozzle.

It's actually not that difficult... it only gets difficult when you buy off-spec guns and try to install parts that were meant for the original system design (Tokyo Marui.) Once you start mixing brands, then you start introducing complication, as with many things in life, whether it be cars, computers, or even real firearms.

If your looking for a replacement KJW loading nozzle with all the interal parts inside it. I just replaced mine in my KP07 after it broke from CO2 use. I got a replacement from the War Store INC in the US for 22 bucks.
