Urban Camo

I'm starting to look around at various LBVs and BDU items, and one of the many considerations is coloration. I'm a SWAT style kinda guy, so plain black equipment makes sense, but I'm intruiged by some of the Urban Camo styled equipment.

I can't seem to find any decent pictures of Urban Camo equipment in use though. Everything google seems to turn up is either someone standing against a white wall in photo lighting, or is a video game model. Does anyone have images or links to images of Urban Camo in action? Preferably in an indoors, dimly lit area, or even out in the bush/forest?

While there will no doubt be a full set of black SWAT styled equipment in my future, I'd love to mix in some Urban Camo style BDUs for a more mercinary look on occasion, and I'd hate to spend some cash on urban camo just to look like a twat.

Considering they do custom work for the pros as well, I wouldn't be surprised if say "street stalker" has been done before.

First things first. Finally, some pictures, that stuff looks pretty good, and I think the Street Stalker pattern is fairly similar to those pictures. Since BDU pants and shirt aren't that expensive, I'll definatly get 1 set black and 1 set either something like that street stalker, or urban subdued. Now just to save up for a MOLLE vest(In black of course)

Secondly. Absurdly quick turnaround time guys!

At least full gear pic's actually provide a pretty good idea of exactly what stuff looks like. Wow Gandar your right, I'm such an arsehole.

I got my first pair of subdued urban in '89 - they work really well in the suburbs - hense calling then suburban bdu's - seriously, they work pretty good.

Patterns that are getting some good reviews are the Urban MarPat and the new ACU Army Pattern, although the latter would have a lot of contrast with black webbing. They are making webbing in ACU now, give it time and it will be all over the market. Not so sure about the Urban MarPat since I don't think it was officially adopted.

For black molle gear - there was this absurdly insane BHI STRIKE sale on all black molle gear at a couple of BHI distributors. You might want to check that out as well. BHI make some damn good stuff as far as Airsoft is concerned.

I still think the best looking urban camo ever developed is the Urban T-Pattern.. god i love my uniform!! I wear the pants around town just for the hell of it all the time and get quite a lot of good comments from other people who know what it is..

Sexy.. but good luck finding anything but BDUs.. and even thoes are hard
