Arrow Game Ideas

Ok guys,

Without going into a HUGE long "in the beginning of time" game.

Was just looking for a general quick 10 liner of the best games you ever played?

Game ideas for lack of a better term. I want to have a game that keeps rollling and push it as long as possible and looking for ideas.

I am not a fan of ammo limits and I typically like respawns of 4-5 lives max.

You guys have any good ones perhaps not many have heard of???

Best games are the simple ones. OP Smash and Grab at the old outdoor FTF field is still the best game I have ever been involved in... 20 solid, veteran airsofters vs 50 dug in foes, rescue 3 captured friendlies who could be at one of 3 locations. Simple as that.

After we picked the right location in the first battle, which was extremely intense, the host basically had to go to plan B right away or make stuff up to keep us busy for the rest of the day LOL.

Lets say you got 40 people, have 3 people attack the church at FR, every defender who gets hit becomes an attacker. Tons of fun.

I played that one. I think with you... Luke put that on in Dec/Jan

It was great, BUT looking for something to go a bit longer.

Oh-- and the guy who slid down the hill and went straight into the wall was classic. I thought he was kidding but when I saw the look on his face I knew he litterally re-created something out of "road runner" cartoon.

I agree best games are the simple ones - down at Gananoque, game of strongside.
I was on the original team that ended up winning, must of switched sides 5 times, Finally a tidal wave of players swept across the field ,swallowing everybody. 5 of us were in the last defendable position ,the castle -backs against the wall, low on ammo and looking out seeing the wave of players heading towards us. It was over in one more minute BUT fuck yah That was Awesome.

Wow... You just solved my attempt to incorporate the game of man hunt into an airsoft game... Thats excellent! Simple! I was trying to do two team roving around, but attack defend is perfect.

Im totally using that.

I want to do a game where a battle occurs in an area of the woods. Then when the people die (past all the respawns), they go to the other fields and prepare for a battle. Defend a location. BOTH SIDES

Then at a certain point, the battle that is occuring in the woods, ends with a horn blow, and the guys who are left fighting in the woods, need to join sides immediately, and form a force to attack the guys who are defending the other field.

Crazy?

Haha, that was me who slid into the wall. It is really hard to slow down when running full tilt down a hill, especially in ice and snow. Luckily the wall was quite bouncy. Im just glad I didn't break my gun.

Having a key/code in an unknown location to disarm a bomb in a known location is a simple and fun game. Zombie games are always fun, but the rules can make or break the game.

I actually got the idea from a game Luke hosted last year at FR. Luke is a solid host. Once he gets things up and running they run well, and he bugs everyone to get back into the game so we can start another round.

I'm a big fan of 'toss the AI impact grenade'.
Sure, it's not a real game, but it can be fun if you have a few people and you're waiting for others to gear up.

One of the best games I've played was tug of war over a hostage. The hostage gets to screw with everyone (running away if left undefended) and both teams compete against each other. It works best when the hostage cannot completely die, but can be incapacitated for a few minutes when shot.

I played a game where a can was placed somewhere in our enclosed fighting area and each team had to find it. An engineer was assigned and issued a pistol and with small briefcase(possible spider man lunch box) and the Obj was to: find the can, put it in the case, bring it back, (drink reward).

Would be neat to donate an old computer or a shitty laptop to a host then make it so you either have:

a) a disk with info that you have to upload

b) info to download onto a disk

Make the file pretty big or use a really slow computer so it takes a couple minutes.

Could ever get intricate and make the file somewhat hidden on the computer and you have to use DOS to find it. Would add to the hacking element. *adjusts taped glasses*
