Import Eoctech replica

I know that you cannot import a EOtech from the USA due to US's EXPORTATION laws.

But if I order a replica from an overseas supplier, there is no problem right?
Just want to make sure before I place any kind of order.

I think you're getting it a bit mixed up.

The US only prohibits export of genuine Eotech holographic sights due to ITAR regulations. It has no stipulation on Eotech clones, which are not made in the United States.

As said, the issue is not getting something in Canada. ITAR prohibits export FROM the US. Big difference. There aren't even any import restriction on the real deal in Canada. So if someone outside the US or Canada was selling the real thing, you could legally import it to Canada without an issue.

So yeah, there are no import restrictions on replicas.

The US is now hunting EOTech clones.

Now it's probably a one in a million shot that something shipped from Redwolf would pass through the USA and be seized but stranger things have happened.

ITAR was what I was referring to as the US export, I just couldn't remember what it was called thanks.
And thanks for the heads up Danke, but I wanted a more specific model, the 552, and its for asthetic purposes, not for gaming, so quality and reliability I couldn't really care less so to speak.
