Mechanix Wear M-Pact for 7,99$
Hi! I was buying a pair of gloves on aliexpress and when I was about to pay, I got a 5$ discount for using mastercard, bringing the bill to 7,99$ for a pair of black mechanix M-Pact gloves. I guess it won't last, but seems a good deal!

Based on the price I'd say doubtful.

Got a pair of knockoffs, bought from DX
I'd say for the price, it's a no brainer. Gloves are great quality. I admit having been impressed, wasn't expecting them to be that great actually. Just Sayin' |

I guess they might not be genuine, but who knows? Actually, if they usually sell them 30$ and that you calculate that the person selling it here is making profit on it, the original 12,99$ might be close from the distributor's price. Anyway, no name gloves here are more than 8$ Yes, it is in China, Aliexpress is a kind of ebay, but with only brand new stuff sold by manufacturers. I bought many things on aliexpress and never had problem.

Thanks op!
I've ordered through aliexpress and it's sister site alibaba never with any problems... They sellers on these sites tend to have really good customer service for bith pre-sales and post-sales.

Based on the location of the seller, and that the "genuine" ones are probably manufactured there, I would'nt be surprised.
30$ in Canada ? How many intermediaries between plant and store ? Some of the biggest markups are on clothing, and electronics. Hence the price of cellphones here compared to Asia. I won't even mention AEGs and GBBs... |

There will probably be a flood of surplus material on the market soon with the current missions wrapping up.

What makes a brand? The manufacturing site? No, what makes a brand is the QC that comes after the manufacturing plant.
If these gloves are sold outside of normal distribution channels, a Chinese wholesaler especially, these aren't "real gloves". Not saying that for the price they won't hold up and perform quite well, not saying I won't buy a pair, but I am saying that these are not Mechanix gloves and anyone trying to believe they are is living a flight of fancy. |
