Question: MAP + chestrig

Hi everyone;

I have a EI Chestrig: http://www.skdtac.com/Eagle_Chest_Ri..._p/eag.569.htm

and I juste receive my new EI MAP, but it don't seem to be fit (maybe i'm just a retarded noob too lol). My question, does the MAP could fit my chestrig? Or I'm fucked and I need an RRV...

Thanks for your time guys.

"Fit" how?

The MAP attaches with MOLLE.

You need the rear plate panel to use it with the RRV. If you have the repro (PANTAC) MAP, there's some shoulder straps so you can wear the MAP like a backpack: the EI one doesn't have this.

I've exactly bought my MAP from this retailer: http://cgi.ebay.com/Eagle-Industries...item20adc9f635

Look at the second picture, this is exactly what I have at the back of the MAP.

Oh you got the SPINE. Okay.

I think you could get it to work, you should be able to route the shoulder straps the same way as the RRV's would. But you're probably lacking the adapters to fasten the shoulder buckles to the MOLLE on the front.

So, if I bought those strap, I could be good? (I'm a total newbie with MAP, MAV, RRV and all this stuff...)
