What is your team based on? SEALs? SF?

Start out by stocking up on BBs. Then get a couple nutsacks for the SAW so you don't need to run the big box.
As for your gear it does depend on how serious the team is about their rigs so you'll have to punch in some more info here.

We are a scout/sniper milsim team that has atleast 2 sections of riflemen... The only real restriction that I've been told is hat the main rig has to be od... So I'm pretty much trying to find out what the best kinda rig to get... And I know I'm gonna need to grab some pouches and not sure what kind, other then some m249/m60 ones... Sorry, I'm still new to this sport and team...

What I'd say is you should roll down to Capitol Airsoft in Edmonton and try out a few rigs. For my 249 I run a RAV with 2 of the big belted ammo pouches, and then the normal radio, water etc.

Jeff baker has a condor modular chest rig I thought of getting, but wasn't sure if t is would be suited for a saw...

first off, wire the battery to the box mag if you haven't already done so
second, box mag pouch for a spare box and battery third, lots and lots of 100 round pouches for ammo. |

Thanks to everyone for their input... Think I've found the rig for me... I'm going with a condor chest rig with 2 ammo pouches, a dump pouch and think a large ulitility pouch... And a hydropack... It's all Mollie so if that don't work I can change things up untill I find what works best... Thanks again...
