PB Goggles to Fit under MICH
Well, I've searched and I can't seem to find any PB Rated goggles that I can remove the plastic, and have just the goggles and to have them fit decent under my MICH helmet... does anyone know of a LOW profile mask that has removable plastic?
Thanks. |

JT Elite Airsoft goggles... they`re the updated version of JT`s Elite Paintball goggle with a small face shield that`s removable. Goggle retails for about $25, thermal lenses retail for about $35 (go figure, eh)
You can also look at EyeTactical goggles as they`re designed specifically to be worn with helmets.

Wasn't there a thread about those goggles being broken by something like 400 fps or something odly low? What about the proflexes, they are pretty good and low but the strap wont go on the outside of the helmet.

The JT Elite goggles are directly from JT's paintball line. Same goggle frame and lens that is in the Flex8 and Elite series of goggle systems. They've also been rated for paintball since 1989. If there's an issue with them, I've never encountered it.
The Eye Tactical goggles I've never worn and never used so I can't comment.

You're probably right, I just saw jt airsoft goggles and thought of that thread. I cant find these goggles anywhere though. All i can find are the jt elite headshields, which aren't any lower profile than my current jt proflex goggles. The eyetactical goggles use a slightly different version of the vforce vantage which I have owned and they do not have a removable lower. I ended up dremmeling off the lower on my vantages and now its for sale. One good thing is that their single lens never fogged while in both humid and cold days.

The JT Elite goggles marketed to airsoft with the smaller face shield is available through Badlands in Toronto, Adrenaline in London, or probably any Kee dealer (JT is owned/marketed by Kee now).

I've been shot in my JT mask, with a thermal lens, at 550fps by a WE SCAR at a CQB game. It hit my mask so hard when it ricochet'd off and hit my hand, it bruised it through my gloves. My mask had just a small mark from where it got hit. I would recommend the JT Spectra, it's cheaper and more practical with the hard removable lower, and hard removable ears. Another option is the Dye i4's, check my review on them.
