Mach1 Airsoft still active???

I've tried several times to contact Mach1 by phone and e-mail, about an order, and they have not responded to me yet. It's been a couple weeks. Are they still around? Should I get paypal to reverse the charges?

Thanks

I've called last friday around 12h10 pm and I got an answer. I've placed an order and didn't received the paiment request. Now it's paid and I'm yet to receive the tracking number. I'm sure there's an explanation and everything will be ok. The guy I spoke to yesterday said that he was out of the office lately (Don't remember the name thought). I've always have A1 service from Mach1 in the past.

I'd give them and F-. I've called several times and even e-mailed them. It doesn't take much time to shoot an e-mail reply back, especially to someone who's giving you money.

Mach1airsoft not active??! When?? OH.. that's me sorry.

A little formal apology to anyone getting some delayed replies and less than the usual stellar customer service. We're a little backed up is all. Some days really really backed up.

We're picking up the slack to finish this summer strong and on a very high note. Our dealers are scattered all over Canada, so be sure to contact your local airsoft outfit, and have them bring in what ever products of ours you need.

A well deserved and more functional website is in the works as well( Same kick ass look and theme as the usual) We'll be saying goodbye to the Matrix intro, as it has served it's purpose. But damn I thought it was cool.

What ever happened to those TSI tavors in the video? Oh yes, we have them. Not many, but they are here. For the few that we have, we're going all out with customizations and camo options. Some will be set with Safe, Semi, and three round burst, and others with Safe, Semi, and full auto. Once these are gone, we won't be bringing them back.

But I digress.

Sorry again for the delays. We're back-tracking right now to ensure we get anyone who was missed or did not receive a timely reply.

Cheers Canada.

EC
Mach1airsoft team.

Thanks man for chiming in. Now the nubs can stop doomsaying and running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Noob me? Well maybe a little Anyway, this kind of thread managed to stress me a little cause I got an order for a MP5 on the way. But like I said in an earlier post, I was was sure there was an explanation and there was. Again, like I said before, I've always got a A1 service from Mach1.

He's probably busy because he's a two tier supply chain manager. He's a distributor and retailer all rolled up into one and for all I know he's got a real job (as in not airsoft related) as well. Not really a jab at anyone just a statement that its abit asinine to assume people will always be on the ball when it comes to responding to what I can imagine is a huge volume of correspondence.

Also bear in mind my comment was not really directed at anyone persay.
