I assume basr is Bolt Action Sniper Rifle. And here I thought there was some other type of clone BA rifle out there, brand name Basr. Lol

Just call it a BA or BA rifle if you want to be lazy.

And when ordering a spring, make SURE it's a PSS10 spring, not PSS2 which is for the Mauzen APS2/CA M24. It will not work in your rifle, only the PSS10 spring (which is for the TM VSR.) In other words, looking for PSS10 spings is a LOT easier to search than to try to find a VSR spring, or worse, looking for a USR spring.

The best part is definitely the EdGI inner barrel. The only thing I hate about it is that all their springs are rated above 550++ FPS, which is absolutely ridiculous (makes the gun goddamn loud too). I switched the EdGI spring out for a laylax 130sp to fix that issue.
yeah, 550 isnt that much of a big deal here in the manila where we play open fps.

my cqb-r clocks at 500+ fps.

Meh, considering the ballistics of a small, light sphere start to get really screwy after 400, and especially after 500, having massive FPS really isn't that helpful.

dude surely you'd think to use heavier bbs with more powerful guns, i use 0.25 gram precision bbs. very crisp sound upon impacting an opfor's vest.

.25's aren't that much heavier when it comes to the heavyweights. especially since .25 is the lightest weight most of us use.

I've been experimenting with .43's in an APS2 but I've downgraded the spring now so will have to go back to .36's.

0.25 suits me fine for cqb where there's hardly any wind to consider, but this is already
off topic.

If you want accuracy and reliability BASR upgrades just go all out PDI(x-fire.org). EdGi Kits are second(http://www.edgicustom-usa.com/).

Comparing tightbores. PDI is first and EdGI is second.
