Greasing

I recently just took apart my gearbox and successfully upgraded my spring myself. But in the future, I would most likely want to upgrade more parts or possibly just get an FTK kit. So I was wondering, how much cylinder grease should I put in the cylinder and how much gear grease should I put on the bearings and gears? Also, is there anything else in the gearbox that I didn't mention that I would have to grease as well? If so, how much grease should I put on them?

Very minimal grease in the cylinder. Any extra will just shoot out your nozzle and muck up your barrel. As for the gear grease, minimal as well. Make it so it's lubed, but not chunky, etc.

i have g&p's cylinder grease which is really an oil. i usually put a drop on the piston head. a drop in the cylinder, and a drop on each of the piston tracks. as for greasing the gears you dont really need a whole lot. just put a little between the gearbox walls and the gears and smear a little in the gear teeth, but remember not too much. then if you have any bearing grease or oil like i got with my g&p lube kit you can put some of that on the bearings or bushings. still you have to remember to spread this all out sparingly. if you get too much grease in your gears itll go up the piston and into the cylinder and then itll go out the nozzel into the hop unit and barrel like styrak just said. plus it can also break down your o-ring and hop sleeve
