New gun...Feed problem
Hi, so like I said, my gun is brand new ( home made )...It's a M4...Here's my problem...When I try to shoot, my gun doesn't...Pretty simple right ?
![]() But when I put a mag on and I pull the trigger, nothing happens...the gearbox does its cycle, but no BBs leave the barrel and no BBs go in front of the nozzle... Mag problem ? Nozzle problem ?...HALP ! ![]() thk, Per Last edited by -Per-; July 22nd, 2008 at 12:58.. |

What kind of a gun is it?
If your nozzle is moving, it's probably not a nozzle problem. Is your nozzle moving? When you insert the mag and then remove it, do any BBs fall out of your gun? If no BBs fall out, it's probably a mag issue.

sounds like a mag problem. if the thing that holds the BBs in your mag isent getting pulled all the way out of the way, it wont feed BBs into the gun. or the mag might not be sitting right.
that is my 2¢

Try spray a little bit of silicon oil down the feed hole into the hopup chamber. Maybe it's just friction keeping the BBs from feeding properly up the pipe and into the chamber.

If you're using king arms mags, you should try to apply a pression upward on the mag to see if it feed.
