V2 MP5 SD5 spring release.

Hey folks. I was just wondering if anyone has come across a upgrade to have a spring release on a V2 mechbox?
I have a MP5 SD5 and when the battery dies I have not been able to release the spring until charged.
I have recently gotten a couple more batteries so this will not be a problem again. Just wondering if anyone has seen anything?
I also know to never put the gun away after full auto, always fire a single shot to disengauge the spring after every game as to not weaken the spring.

I have search for a while on these forums and Google but had no luck.

You can simply not drain your battery to the point where it can't cycle your mechbox. But that aside I'd reccomend grabbing one of those Modify anit-reversal latch. You'd have to remove your lower receiver to actually use it, but its a life saver. Check them out at airsoftparts.ca.

Well if this really is of major concern, What about a modify antireverse latch with a flat screwdriver slot. Then you would have to either pop out your mechbox and use the screwdriver to fully release spring or drill a hole in the grip so you would insert the screwdriver there. I played with the idea of drilling a small hole in my grip (probably better to use a soldering iron to melt a hole), BUT on my ver 3 grip the hole on the grip would be too high on the grip , somewhere near the bullet lettering for Automatic.
