Ok so I'm looking for something along the lines of the cloak the Vasily in enemy at the gate wears.

Well I a nice SVD and am going for a sniper look. I personally don't overly like guille suits and I like the look of he cloak

A smock is more of a large jacket

Its actually more like a poncho that can double as a small tent. I know for sure that trident military sells them.

I'll make something very similar to this for urban sniping. I'll basically take a Canadian winter camo (white) and spray paint grey, black and brown on it. It won't have much white at the end.

It will be a more modern look and might meet your requirements as a non ghillie suit type cover camo.

Note the spelling of GHILLIE suit... not gulli... hehe

(for once I'm the not not miss-spelling something.)
