I ordered one from them in the past and have nothing to complain about, but, again, I am unsure of any customs charges that may apply to the aforementioned item.

Just buy a replica MICH helmet from ehobby, has way better suspension than any PASGT helmet and it's the proper helmet to use with ACU.....and it looks better

May I just point out that you bought the helmet under the assumption that it was "PASGT-Style", which it is. So you didnt get ripped off.

The off-the-net picture of the PASGT you posted is the original PASGT, which is the model most commonly seen in surplus, TV, etc. and the one knocked off. It's also the one commonly seen with law enforcement.
The pic of the one you have is the the newer model PASGT (came in both NIJ Level II as the original, and NIJ IIIA). The only thing that looks weird about yours is the color. What's up with the glossy tropical green? Get your ass to Canadian Tire and buy some Krylon. Edit: Google up "model 1991 PASGT" for more pics of PASGTs that look like your's. Also, looking more closely at your pictures, the chin strap looks kinda weird, too. Might just be the pic. But you might want to pick up a replacement 3 point suspension strap. Also, if you want to do your cranium a favor, get rid of the suspension system and get a MICH-style pad upgrade kit.

The german K-pot is actually pretty comfy, it has a very similar liner to the USMC Lightweight helmet, minus the gel padded sweatband
