C7A2 Convesrion
i bought a CA M15A4 about 2 weeks ago, im happy with the gun but i only bought it to make it a C7A2 ( same as a m15A4, except with diffrent stock and coloured furniture and a ambi mag catch and recharging lever) after getting this m15 i have been fooling around with it and noticed a few diffrences on this gun compared to some other peaces i was going to put onto my C7A2. the m15 front end set is much heavyer then the G&P i was going to use. infac, the CA front end outer barrel is almost 1/4 thicker then the G&P, i knwo this does not effect gun performance, it is just looks and weight. but is this somethign i should take into consideration? is the CA front end set better then a G&P or are there no issues here.
thx guys Cranberry |

I don't know which is techically better, but the whole front end on the M15A4 is pretty solid. I know that I have no intentions of changing mine for my eventual C7A1 conversion. The gun is rock solid as-is. I have some internal performance upgrade parts ready to be installed, but externally, I wouldn't worry about its stock parts being a problem.
