its a nice replica, dont get me wrong, i just am not a fan of the 553.
as a side note, if a god damn airsoft company would just make a conversion, or full gun masada, they would make so much f-ing dough it'd be rediculous. i mean STACKS! oh well. |

Yea....thats one feature I dont think the clon's have
 ... But he asked what the differences were in older EOTech's and the 553 so I told him the actual answer, the clones again have most but not all of the features.Also the Airsoft MASADA will be made by MAGPUL under MAGPUL PTS. As for other companies they will have to wait since the gun is not even finished and therefore cant be replicated accurretly till the final is out. But YES the MASADA would make a killing if anyone sells it. I had the privilage to see it in person at the 07 Shot Show and fell in love. Quote:

It may(supposed to) come direct from MAGPUL as a kit only, no internals. The other option they spoke of is that they may do another deal with Systema like they did with the original Magpul PTS. Oh and it will be a V2 Mechbox. Why do you want a V3 in there just curious?

well the MASADA does seem to have a reciver closer to that of a G36 than the AR15, so i guess it would be possible to use the V3 over the V2 gearbox.
it is after all the bastard child of the G36 and SCAR.

DAMN !!
I remember when ETA was mid December, I want this ahhhh. I dont want to have to get my real 553 broke in a skrmish, even though EOTech will fix it for free. I just realy want this replica....So huang did the production get messed up or what happened?
