CA M15A4 Long Suppressor Question

Hey Guys,

I've seen lots of pictures of M4s/AR15s that have the TGS Ops Silencer that goes right flush with the front triangle sight, but I'm wondering if such a beast exists that would go from the end of the barrel right to the end of the RIS on a CA M15A4 CQB Carbine.. I'm not a huge fan of the front sight as it is, so I'd like to take it off, but I'd rather have the silencer run the entire length of the barrel for consistency.

I've dug through pages and pages of pictures and questions, can't seem to find a concrete answer.
