Spec arms website down

Im assuming spec arms has closed down because nobody ever answers their phone, office is never open, and the website is down.
Can somebody confirm please?

I was there thursday, picked up my stuff. The website is temp. down at the moment. Specarms is not closing.

Spec Arms is not closed. It's around. Their website might be down, but they r still alive.

If you could, please change the title of your topic to "Is Specarms Closed?"
So it won't confuse people.

They're located in da West Coast. BC.

NO, Specarms is not closed.

Our website is down currently getting fixed by our web guy. We hope to have it brought up as soon as we can.

I do have to say that our customer service has been lacking a bit recently since there is only one Me doing 10 different jobs at once

I apologize for that. :cry:

Majority of Online Retailers are run by only one or two people. It's hard for me to stay in the office all day when I need to ship customer orders out and head out to UPS/Customs to clear things. I am always running around.

One important thing you have to realize is that I am an Online Retailer and not really a store front. My office is where I operate out of, but for local Greater Vancouver customers, I do allow people to visit since it is much easier and a lil more convenient for you guys. I have hours of operation posted, but I may not be in the office at those times.

If you cannot contact me via Phone, your best bet is to EMAIL me a day/time you want to come by, and also a contact number and I will call you back as soon as I can.

A quick survey of the various SpecArms threads on ASC would've told you that Will's a one man show and getting in touch with him often takes a lot longer than a week.

I've requested various AEG quotes from Will via email twice this week and both times he got back to me within a few hours.
