ammunition: the good from the bad?

so long time no see guys.

been out of the game for a little while and a lots changed. quick change springs are in everything now, guns now come with mosfets and, ics doesn't make bb's any more.

now will some of this is great it leaves me in a bind, i have no idea what to look for in regards to a high quality bio that won't shatter in my guns.

so i came back here to see what the wider canadian airsoft community is using out in the field. what's good and will keep my gears free of chunks and whats bad and going to cost me more then a new bag?

Can't go wrong with Gryphon BBs from B2 in Edmonton, they go from $20-28 per bottle (around 4000 per bottle)

Here's a review from the forums on them

I buy the valken or Krytac brand. Pretty much when I was new my more experienced friends said hey well known brand name bb’s. The quality control will be there and would be a true “seamless” construction

Many people, me included, would not recommend Valken BBs (or guns)

I second this. Stay far far far away from Valken

Agreed with Valken BB's. Had many many misfires with them. I found that if you wash the entire bottle of Valken BB's (if you're stuck with a bottle or two) in a strainer with soap and water with a hot water rinse they work ok. But I do recommend staying away from them. I have found elite force work well and they are cheaper than most.
