What happened to Richmond Indoors? BC
I'm looking to go to RIP to play bi-weekly airsoft after a busy new year, but I don't see their airsoft info anymore on their website nor their facebook.
Are they still doing it? It will suck hard if they don't do it anymore, cause I just got myt CQC gear over the new year..:banghead:

Can't fix my own guns. Willing to fix yours.

bunch of dipshit fudds on city council torpedoed it, you would be incredibly angry if you heard the comments they made to justify their decision, things along the lines of "this activity is totally abhorrent" and "these people are training for violence"

this is totally stupid cause everytime I play airsoft, all i see is good/nice people that just want to have fun. if anything it teaches kids to have some safe handling of a firearm. I have a PAL and still its amazing that kids are already practicing finger off tigger. eh..time to tune my p90 to 400fps now...and pistol is kinda useless again :banghead:

I was so piss off when I heard those comments as they denied the request based on personal bias and not being properly informed about Airsoft. He probably didn't even know people had been doing that under his nose.

oh damn, i just googled it and it was on the news??
Didn't think it was going to make it news level so I didn't search. Anyway..so that means we don't have a indoor field anymore

yeah there were people talking about it, but it sounded like a separated entity when they said someone wants to open a indoor field for airsoft. I didn't know it's the existing RIP..

I believe Slodin is wondering what happened to the indoor Airsoft games that were happening at Richmond Indoor Paintball.
They have since cancelled them (as far as I know) because of the other guy trying to open an indoor field in Richmond, and City Hall shutting him down on the idea. See Thread: http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=169544 |
