If you can try changing to a different email like a work email or an ISP one (bell.ca etc) and see if your issue goes away. I checked and it was my oooold email account from forever ago. I had setup a redirection to my new one, but it's possible they purged old accounts recently. I changed it in my profile and it works now - you're right, issue was on my end.

OP's password issue has been fixed as well and he is back on his original account. Turns out his hotmail would not show any emails, once we switched his original account to a gmail one he received his password reminder/reset email.

So yea those others with email issues, try changing your email/making sure it is current.

like Bloodsport said above... hotmail does not let emails through. Gmail will though.
