Everything seems to be working fine. Will check for accuracy at the field

So bought a KAC suppressor (~170mm long) to stay authentic to a MK18 MOD 1. thinking of replacing the 285mm inner with 407mm inner; cyclinder porting is fine.
The suppressor has no internals within, any issue having ~122mm unsupported? |

No issue, but you should get better accuracy with the shorter barrel, especially if you dont clean it after every game

actually shorter barrel = longer range, more accuracy
longer barrel = same performance at first, maybe a bit less accuracy, but accuracy drops off steadily as fouling occurs Once the BB has stabilized in the barrel, it's stabilized, and no extra 10, 100, or 1000mm of extra barrel length would ever make it any more stabilized than it already is. Beyond the BB's point of stabilization, any extra barrel length simply adds greater risk of accuracy loss due to fouling Range is primarily determined by BB weight, muzzle energy, and the quality of your hopup. Between the barrel and the hop, the hop has more effect on the BB |

Do not change the barrel length unless you have a very good reason to do that...
"I brought a suppressor so I want to increase the inner barrel length to match with the suppressor" is not a good reason.
