Well, it's not directed at you... It's directed that the OP, who speaks french.

The jist of it is that he's wondering if he'd given out his address to a potential buyer of stuff who turned thief or gave info to a thief.

Luckily with airsoft guns, when your 700lb gun safe is taken by multiple thieves and loaded onto a truck you aren't charged with unsafe storage.

Thanks guys!
Nobody knew about my guns apart my closest friends, my teammates.
I only gave my adress to be sent goods when buying from someone on ASC.
and they took everything in the house like electronics, TV Cameras, consoles, games etc.
Aper, je sais que je peux te donner mon adresse en confiance. Et oui, le casque est toujours la.
Anyway, the day I've been robbed, one of my gun was on my desk, for repairs, with half of my spare parts boxes lying around.
That was obvious I had more, and they found it.
Now, I will buy closets, and lock them, and fix them to the ground. Period.
I still feel filthy by this intrusion, but moving soon to another place. yay
And advice, keep ALL bills for the insurances.

Beside the broken "piston", everything else he's put up is spot on. Except perhaps the advice to try to set them up. The followup post however (dierctly above this) makes it irrelevant

I made a mistake. Live long enough and you will too.

just for the record because there's often a degree of interpretation on the reader's part with anything written: my lil' setup idea was simply to film whoever showed up and then pass the information/video onto the police. I'm highly against vigilantism and VERY much against using an airsoft rifle/pistol to confront anyone. Don't ruin this sport for the rest of us.

Confronting someone with a fake weapon just means if they guy has a real one. Your dead. And it's justified.
