There's 3 dozen of those privately operated warehouses, and this one was for a small shipping company from what the agent told me. 1 million dollars sounds like a lot. But for a shipping company, it's about 1 to 2 full semi-trailers. So, it's must be a very small company that was using that or it was practically empty.
