FYI, the last set of bladders I got from Source had quick disconnects on both ends now. Previous versions did not.

I've not had mold grow in a camelback bladder in years. But from my mountain biking days years ago if we had some growth appear in a bladder we just cleaned it out with some water mixed with vinegar and a bit of rice to help get the mold off the sides. As far as I remember it worked really well.
