Velocity Arms CIRAS

So I ordered the CIRAS off velocity arms listed here http://www.torontoairsoft.com/produc...id_product=530

But my problem is I have no clue how to adjust it properly with the cord in the back. I'm about 5'6 150ish pounds and as is it's still got quite a bit of room in it. The velcro in the front only does so much, and still leaves a huge gap in the sides due to the second layer.

After a while googling how to adjust it I haven't been able to find any really good and helpful guides on how to adjust it. Does anyone have any expertise adjust them? or even know a good guide? (with pics is prefered)

Just google "how to adjust LAND Ciras"

(because you have a Land version, and not the MAR version)

That's what I've been trying, and none of the guides I've found have really been any good. It's had like 1 pic of him opening the flap, then another of him being over half way done

I believe that there is a square velcro patch on the back, open it and pull on he tabs to tighten. When they are tightened, run the quick release cord through the holes in the tabs. There should be tabs for the left and right external cumberbunds, the shoulder pads, and the one point sling.

Yeah, only problem is I don't know how to do it properly, it kind of looks like a mess inside and i can only see a very small amount so most of it would have to be by touch

Thanks a lot LoneWolf, took a while since the pictures were so small and I could barely see what was going on, but it did help a lot.
