Motor
Hello
I took my motor out of my JG m4 to tighten my handle. When i went to go put my motor back in, it sounds like it is grinding on something. Am i just putting it back in the wrong way? Because the way i put it in was the only way it seemed to fit back in. |

Look at the middle of your grip cap...there's either a large screw or a small allen key screw.
I'm guessing that you'll need to undo the screw a bit (counter clock wise) to back the motor off. Do a half turn at a time...then fine tune. Single shot at a time to listen. You're aiming for the "deadest"/dullest shot sound. Best of luck, Tys |

well when i keep the grip cap off and apply different amounts of pressure with my thumb on the motor it just seems to not be catching anything at all.

Ok so i found the problem. Since the motor is magnetic, i found a stapler attached to it lol.

HAHAHAHA....well, random bits of metal stuck to your motor are never helpful...

![]() How did you miss that??? ![]() I've rescued a couple dead motors because people didn't realize they had various nuts and bolts stuck inside them.
