ICS feeding problem

Hello all,
I have an ICS m4 and the bb's cannot feed into the ho up and thus they cannot shoot.Any suggestions?

what magazines are you using? have you tried other? if you insert a full mag and then remove it- how many bb-s roll out?

also you might want to check your hopup unit. maybe the rubber has deformed and preventing the bb-s from shooting through. and try shooting with the hopup off.
