Upgrading Controls on Tokyo Marui MEU

Has anybody tried upgrading the stock controls on a TM MEU to Nova controls? I'd like to know if its possible to do since I'm planning on getting a Nova Kimber Warrior Metal Kit to replace the TM MEU stock as well as slowly converting the controls to Novas until all the stock pieces are gone. Any reports on how they fit, and solutions to fitment problems would be greatly appreciated!!

Don't have an MEU but have 2 1911 with Nova kits. The controls fit fine except the slide catch, which needs minor mod for them to work properly, and this is Nova control on Nova frame...

I think he's trying to ask if the TM MEU controls will fit to the Nova Warrior kit, as that's what he'll have to do as he slowly acquires the Nova controls to properly replicate the build.
