ICS M4 gear box upgrade

I would like to change my piston, piston head, cylinder and cylinder head I dont't know what will fit in. Is g&p, deepfire, etc will fit. And what do they mean by oversize cylinder head? http://www.mach1airsoft.com/web/cata...m&id=107&cat=4

Thank You!

Oversize is the boreup version, so thusly you need a bore up cylinder and piston head etc. It's easier to just get the bore up set. The seperate parts are more for people who have them already but want replacements (for whatever reason).

If you have problems figuring out stuff for your ICS M4, read this:

Internally, ICS guns are 99% compatible with TM Compatible parts. There are only a couple internal parts (namely the anti-reversal latch and the casing itself) that are not compatible. ICS has a proprietary hop up chamber. Some love it, some hate it. If you decide to replace it you will have to do some filing to the new chamber for it to fit and function. The biggest selling point of ICS's are their split gearbox. Personally, I would keep your original upper stock as a spare and buy a second casing and upgrade that.
Externally it's a little harder to answer.

Requires getting a pinion gear removal tool (easiest way to do it). They cost 20-50 dollars depending on where you look n what brand etc.

I've heard ICS pinion gears are at a slightly different angle than the usual, can anyone verify?

Says a few things about the internals. I believe with the newer guns it's not as much of an issue as they redid the pinion on the Turbo 3000.
