Couple of gear questions

Hello again,

So I got some of my gear not too long ago, and I've thought about the necessity to use a dump pouch. How many of you use a dump pouch and do you think it's essential? What else do you use that you think you wouldn't survive without?

Also, do you guys recommend radio for a team? I'm not sure how far the whole Airsoft thing goes, so I'm still just making sure. Besides, the army usually supplies all that stuff, so do you guys know any good radio units I could use? Preferably throat activated radios (the ones that sense your vocal cords vibrating with a single earpiece), or anything else you found very useful.

Basically, what your essential gear accessories?

I say play a bit before deciding on a dump pouch. They are awesome if your not going prone and such alot. But a radio is never a bad decision. Here we just use the standard civilian walkies mostly so make sure you get the right frequency type for who your going to be playing with.

I see, I'm mostly going to be specializing in Airsoft CQB (which is my specialty), so I assume a dump pouch might come in pretty handy... unless I wanna drop my mags around for those split-second reloads...
